How Funds are Used
“The Salvation Army is by far the most effective organization in the U.S. No one even comes close to it in respect to clarity of mission, ability to innovate, measurable results, dedication and putting money to maximum use.”
— Peter Drucker in Forbes Magazine
The Salvation Army relies on community support to provide hundreds of programs and services to those in need. In fact, The Army receives more financial support from the general public than any other charity in America. We are grateful for this outpouring of trust and are committed to the highest standards of stewardship.
