“I got out of prison five years ago, and immediately went back to my drug addiction. Eventually, my family completely shut me out because of my addiction, and they haven’t communicated with me since. I suddenly found myself homeless and alone. The Salvation Army has given me love when I couldn’t get it anywhere else, and I’ve been clean since the first day I arrived here one year ago.” #StoriesOfHope

Since utilizing the resources provided by our Bellefontaine Beacon of Hope, Tony has found an apartment with the financial help from The Salvation Army. He visits weekly to return the favor by volunteering at our food pantry and clothing drop.

Help someone get off the streets.
